Day One – Welcome to Ottawa
Welcome to the Canadian Capital of Ottawa and the Canadian Tulip Festival; the largest in the world and displays over a million tulips! Arrive to Ottawa area hotel for a relaxing three night stay. Enjoy a delicious welcome dinner this evening.

Day Two – City Tour, Parliament, Rideau Hall & Tulip Festival / Lansdowne Park Tulip Gallery
Begin the day with breakfast before meeting our guide for a day of touring this beautiful city! Visit the centre stage of Canadian democracy by taking a guided tour of The Parliament! The buildings and grounds of Parliament Hill is a site of architectural beauty, historical significance and federal decision-making. Enjoy free time for lunch and exploring at the famous By Ward Market. This afternoon, enjoy a visit to Rideau Hall, the official residence and workplace of every Governor General since 1867. Enjoy touring this enchanting site with its historic building and beautiful landscape. This afternoon we’ll enjoy the Tulip Festival and visit the Lansdowne Park Tulip Gallery which features art, photography and floral exhibitions, demonstrations and installations, international friendship activities and entertainment an artisan market, and tulip art celebrations. Return to the hotel for some free time before dinner. This evening, enjoy dinner at one of the city’s fine restaurants.

Day Three – Canadian Museum of History, & Rideau Canal Cruise
After breakfast, meet our guide for another enjoyable day exploring Ottawa and viewing all of the magnificent tulips! We’re off to visit the Canadian Museum of History. Explore 1,000 years of Canadian history as we travel through life-sized townscapes and environments from across the country, and meet some of Canada’s most remarkable figures. Discover a traditional West Coast aboriginal village and take in the world’s largest indoor collection of totem poles. This afternoon, enjoy a Rideau Canal Tulip Viewing Cruise (or Ottawa River Cruise) along with beautiful views of the city. This evening, enjoy a savory dinner tonight.

Day Four – Depart for home
Enjoy breakfast before departing the beautiful Capital city of Ottawa.
