Deposits & Payment:

An initial deposit is due with signed contract 30 days from the date tour books. A second deposit along with a passenger status will be due 90 days prior to tour arrival. Rooming list and final payment are due 45 days prior to tour arrival.

Tour Cancellation:

Tour Cancellations must be submitted in writing to Northeast Unlimited Tours, Inc. 45 days or more prior to arrival for full refund. Cancellations occurring between 31 and 45 days prior to arrival may be subjected to a $100.00 administration fee. Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to arrival may be subject to a $100.00 administrative fee and all vendor assessed charges.

Included Gratuities:

Gratuities for included meals are priced into the tour package.

Non Included Gratuities:

Gratuities for Tour Guides/Directors, motor coach drivers, island drivers and maids (unless otherwise noted as an inclusion) are not included in the tour package. Tour guides and motor coach drivers are an integral part of the success of each tour and thereby a customary gratuity can be extended on a voluntary and individual basis. If unfamiliar, please inquire as to the industry standard

Baggage:

Baggage handling is a general inclusion in all our tour packages (unless otherwise specified by the client) and is priced at one piece of luggage per person. Additional baggage will be charged according to each of the accommodations luggage fee rates and will be collected by your tour director / escort. This does not include carry on baggage, which is the responsibility of the passenger.

Proof of Citizenship:

Proof of citizenship is required for any travel outside of the United States. Please verify with Northeast Unlimited Tours which forms of identification are required for travel. All documentation is the responsibility of each passenger.

Right to substitute:

Northeast Unlimited Tours, Inc. takes great care in selecting quality accommodations, restaurants, and attractions based on the group’s specific needs and requests. However, in the event that any component(s) needs to be changed due to unforeseen circumstances, Northeast Unlimited Tours, Inc. reserves the right to substitute with equal or better quality.

Responsibility:

Northeast Unlimited Tours, Inc. in common with other companies, acts only as an agent in arranging the accommodations, restaurants, attractions, motor coach transportation and sightseeing reservations, therefore, does not assume responsibility and cannot be liable for delays, theft, accidents, loss, damage or injury to person or property or for any condition beyond its control, or for loss or expense occasioned thereby.

Travel Protection:

Northeast Unlimited Tours offers optional group travel insurance for any client who chooses to add insurance as a group travel benefit.

Liability Insurance:

Northeast Unlimited Tours, Inc. carries a $1,000,000.00 Professional Liability insurance policy through Zurich American Insurance Company.
